The key to friendship with God is not changing what you do, but changing your attitude toward what you do.

It's same as life ba, i feel personally... whether happy or not, still have to continue with life. It's juz how we change our attitude to look at the situation, how we can overcome our emotions and thoughts and not letting them to take control of our life... causing hindrance to our life... making us feel disappointed and sad..
