a article read frm somewhere.. very true.. as many ppl asked tt qn... here's the story~

*************************************

A man went to a barbershop to have his hair cut and his beard trimmed. As the barber began to work, they began to have a good conversation.

They talked about so many things and various subjects. When they eventually touched on the
subject of God, the barber said: "I don't believe that God exists."

"Why do you say that?" asked the customer.

"Well, you just have to go out in the street to realize that God doesn't exist. Tell me, if God exists, would there be so many sick people? Would there be abandoned children? If God existed, there would be neither suffering nor pain. I can't imagine a loving God who would allow all of these things."

The customer thought for a moment, but didn't respond because he didn't want to start an argument.

The barber finished his job and the customer left the shop. Just after he left the barbershop, he saw a man in the street with long, stringy, dirty hair and an untrimmed beard. He looked dirty and unkempt.

The customer turned back and entered the barber
Shop again and he said to the barber: "You know what? Barbers do not exist."

"How can you say that?" asked the surprised barber. "I am here, and I am a barber. And I just worked on you!"

"No!" the customer exclaimed. "Barbers don't exist because if they did, there would be no people with dirty long hair and untrimmed beards, like that man outside."

"Ah, but barbers DO exist! " answered the barber. "What happens, is, people do not come to me."

"Exactly!"- affirmed the customer. "That's the point! God, too, DOES exist! What happens, is, People don't go to Him and do not look for Him. That's why there's so much pain and suffering in the world."

*********************************************

Very true.. God is like oxygen in the air.. u dun breathe in, but does He exists? Yes He always do, juz that people choose to ignore Him and forsake Him...
God nv forsake us.... it is us who choose to forsake Him.... a Father who nv fail to stand at the doorstep to wait for His child's return....

Yesterday, Joseph shared about someone which makes mi think. He said that there's a person that influence him -- Lingdi.

Yup.. I never know how this person can impact so many lives. She really had left footprints in the hearts of people. Although she had gone to our heavenly Father's place le.. but the testimony that Joseph shared abt her was.. beyond what words can express..

There was quite a number of people who attended her funeral service. Joseph told us that a man beside him told him that it was Lingdi who brought him to Christ. And another one who told Joseph the same thing... and their eyes were filled up with tears. It's really amazing to see her sharing the love of Jesus with others. As she goes to mission trip... studies... work... she had shared Jesus and made impact onto lives of friends and families around her.
And Joseph oso commented that there were 2 guys who were not connected to our church whom attended her funeral. Why? Because very long time ago, when the 2 guys came to our church, like strangers... it was Lingdi who made them feel welcomed, and let them feel like a part of the family of Christ. I mean, how wonderful can it be?

All I can say is, she is really amazing, and I really admire her for her love and passion for Jesus. When I heard what Joseph said, it touched my heart.

How much lives have I impacted?? And when I die, would this wonderful scene happen?
This is what Joseph shared. Hmm.. it's a thing that we shld ponder about. What have we done today to impact other lives? Even the smallest thing like welcoming people and making them feel welcomed does made a difference.

I'm sure when she reached heaven, our Father will said this to her, ' Well done, my good and faithful servant.'
