work has been getting tensed up this week. I know wad work politics is like, but those were the minor ones and i choose to ignore as it doesn't really bothers me. As long as it doesn't affect me, it's fine.

But.. i feel very stressed up working under 2 person.
My boss isn't "fighting" for the sales coz that sales was hers instead of the other guy's. That guy is so mean. He's working under my boss and he somehow step on top of her, showing no respect at all. My boss is so kind towards him and giving him the sales continually as his sales was so bad. Now, he turn to backstab my boss and claim all the credits.
There was this "conflict" on a particular order, and I'm in the middle. It's so hard to be the middle person. It's not about pleasing both parties.. it's more on who should I listen to. This person ask mi to issue order, but he's not my boss, he's juz a colleague.. but he's above mi in rank.. shld i follow? If i tell my boss about it, it makes mi act like a "apple-polisher" who will 'da xiao bao gao'.... I also don't want to make the relationship between them so tensed up coz i can feel the tension.... it's making me so stress.........!!!!!

God... please help me....

On mon, I feel so stress until a point where I want to break down. so tired of this type of work.
